Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be made through our official communication channels. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the booking is only secured once payment is received and confirmed.

2. Payments

Clients are required to pay a specified deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the start of the tour. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile payment, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will depend on the timing of the cancellation:

• More than 30 days before departure: partial refund (excluding service fees)
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: no refund

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made in the best interest of our clients.

5. Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

6. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel, including activities such as mountain climbing or safaris. We are not liable for any health-related issues during the trip.

7. Liability

Tanzania Infinity Adventure is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or third-party services.

8. Accommodation & Services

All accommodations and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with similar options of equal standard if necessary.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients must follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and adhere to the instructions of guides and staff throughout the journey.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept secure and used only for booking and communication purposes.
